Although, the United airlines have clearly said that they will not charge any fees from its customers for changing a flight on the same day. The decision was taken by CEO Scott Kirby of United Airlines when he acknowledged that the customers need good service and not large fees.

The United Airlines will permanently scrap the fees to change domestic flights on the same day. This new decision made by the Airlines will definitely attract more and more customers to their Airlines. This will be a very big competition for all of the Airlines because all of them are charging $200 ticket change fee. CEO Scott Kirby said that it is although a difficult time for the Airline business to survive. They do not want to compromise customer service.

This decision is taken because United Airlines wants to regenerate its services and profits. This can be a great start to their business. Many of the people have not travelled in the summers. Many of the sales in the airlines are recorded in summer times when people tend to take vacations. Travel season was not as beneficial to the airlines as it was last year.

The customers those having economy tickets for premium class tickets will be changing their flights without paying the ticket change fee. The customers having basic economy tickets will not be liable to the benefit. Although, some decreased ticket change fee will be recorded by the customers in United Airlines. The same date change fee will also be slashed out by the Airlines. The same date change fee is $75. It is said that many of the rivals can also make these changes in their policies.
