China exercises export law on US moves

According to a Xinhua news report, China currently has decided to exercise export laws following us’ moves. China has passed a stringent export law this Saturday on controlled items. China has reasoned that it will in no way compromise the safety, security, and interests of the country. The Xinhua report also has about china’s intimidation of other countries. China fears that other countries, especially the USA, poses a threat to them. However, the target audience wasn’t specified in the reports.
What is the new Chinese law all about?
The fresh law released in china by the national people’s congress standing committee happens to be the country’s top legislative body.
The new export law has imposed restrictions on controlled items like military, nuclear products, technological goods or electronic gadgets, service, and relevant data. National people’s congress standing committee has made its statements clear on this. It states that the new export law formulates to safeguard the safety and security of the country. China senses prospective threats. Hence, coming up with such a law was the need of the hour.
In the month of august, china had already brought some of its productions under restrictions that list of which has again been revised.
China wants to maintain the peace and integrity of its country. This particular law, launched currently, also expects to restore peace to the country by quelling unrest. Although. America’s reactions to this passing of the law have not been recorded yet.
